Return & Exchange Policy

At The Aquarian Alchemist, every product is sourced with care. To maintain the quality and integrity of our process, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged during shipment, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with the following:

• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged item
• Photos of the packaging

After review, a refund may be issued at our discretion.
